In a filing dated May 28, the company announced the issuance of 396,156 equity shares at an issue price of $1.85 per share (approximate USD equivalent), totaling around $731,000 in raised capital. These funds were directed toward the acquisition of virtual digital assets, specifically Bitcoin, in accordance with the company’s approved strategy.
Jetking has acquired 5.98 BTC for $617,143 at an average purchase price of approximately $110,975 per Bitcoin. The company has recorded a 31.05% year-to-date (YTD) yield in 2025 on its Bitcoin holdings. As of May 28, 2025, Jetking holds a total of 21 Bitcoins, purchased for approximately $1.59 million at an average cost of $75,081 per Bitcoin.
Originally established in 1947 as Jetking Electronics, the company transitioned from electronics trading to IT education and has been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) since 1986.
As of May 29, Jetking Infotrain’s shares closed 2% higher, valuing the company at a market capitalization of approximately $950 million.
